The Next Level Academy League is Southwest Florida’s first local academy-style basketball development model built to create a true long-term pathway for athletes. This is not traditional recreation basketball. This is a structured development system focused on helping athletes improve, compete, and earn advancement through our academy structure

SPARK LEAGUE (AGES 5-7)
A fun, development-focused introduction to basketball. Players build confidence, teamwork, coordination, and fundamental basketball skills in a positive environment.
COMPETITIVE LEAGUE (GRADES 3-9)
Development-first league featuring weekly practices, weekend games, skill-based placement, and meaningful game experience.
GIRLS LEAGUE (GRADES 7+)
Girls-only basketball competition focused on skill development, confidence, leadership, and game experience.
At Next Level Performance, EVERYTHING IS EARNED.
Athletes are evaluated and placed into the appropriate academy level based on skill level, pace, confidence, competitiveness, and overall development. As players improve throughout the program, they have the opportunity to move up through our academy system and continue progressing into more advanced competitive environments, including future elite-level opportunities connected to Florida Reapers Basketball.
League Registration Includes:
6–8 week season
8 games plus playoffs
All-Star Game
Official league jersey included
1 weekly basketball practice
1 weekly speed & agility training session
Cross-training and athletic performance work
Structured athlete development system
Competitive development environment
Tracked player development and progression
Opportunity to advance within the academy system
Development-focused coaching from experienced basketball leaders
